Email Security & Management

Safer inboxes. Reliable delivery. Recoverable email.

Keep business email working for your team. ETS manages Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and other email providers, with sender authentication, Cynet email protection, and Microsoft 365 backup options.

Email management that supports everyday work

Missed messages, account problems, and confusing permissions slow business down. We help organize the accounts and settings behind your email so your people can focus on customers.

Microsoft 365 / Office 365

Management for Exchange Online mailboxes, shared inboxes, aliases, groups, and permissions. We help with staff account changes, sign-in protection, mail routing, and delivery troubleshooting.

Google Workspace

Support for Gmail business accounts, aliases, groups, domain settings, and access changes. Keep administration organized as employees join, move roles, or leave.

Other email providers

We can review hosted email, third-party sending tools, and mixed environments. We confirm the access, features, and integrations your provider supports before recommending changes.

From a shared sales inbox to messages sent by your website, we help clarify who owns each account and which systems can send as your business.

Help customers recognize email from your business

A quote or invoice is only useful if it reaches the right person. Correct sender settings help receiving systems check that a message is authorized to use your domain.

SPF: approve your senders

SPF publishes which mail servers may send for a domain. We review your email provider, website, and sending services so legitimate systems are accounted for and conflicting records are addressed.

DKIM: sign outgoing messages

DKIM adds a digital signature that receiving systems can check. We help configure DomainKeys Identified Mail, its domain-key records, and key changes supported by your provider. This checks signed message content; it is not message encryption.

DMARC: connect the checks

DMARC checks whether your visible From address aligns with a passing SPF or DKIM result. It adds reporting and a policy for failed checks. We help review legitimate senders before tightening that policy.

We also investigate rejected or delayed messages, domain settings, and sending reputation. Authentication is one part of deliverability—not a promise that every message will land in the inbox. Recipient filters, message content, complaints, and sending history matter too.

A planned approach to bulk and application email

Customer updates, website notifications, and receipts have different needs from an employee’s mailbox. We help configure Twilio SendGrid for the sending work your business needs.

  • Connect approved senders: configure domain authentication and coordinate the records used by your website, applications, and marketing tools.
  • Organize sending traffic: review dedicated sending subdomains and separate message types where appropriate, so delivery problems are easier to investigate.
  • Keep lists healthy: manage bounces, complaints, and suppression lists that prevent repeat sending to opted-out or failed addresses.
  • Respect recipients: support permission-based marketing, clear unsubscribe handling, and current mailbox-provider requirements.

We review sending volume, existing integrations, and the right SendGrid plan before setup. SendGrid provides sending infrastructure; it does not replace your employees’ inboxes or guarantee delivery.

Give suspicious email another barrier to cross

A fake invoice, harmful attachment, or lookalike sign-in page can put money and information at risk. ETS uses Cynet email security to help identify and handle those threats.

Filter and block unwanted messages

Configure filtering rules, sender and domain blocking, and quarantine for suspicious mail. Review held messages so legitimate business email can be released after checking.

Phishing and impersonation protection

Examine messages and links for attempts to imitate trusted senders or steal sign-in details. External-sender warnings can help employees spot requests that deserve a second look.

Malware scanning and cleanup

Scan attachments for harmful software and use configured response tools to remove detected malicious messages from inboxes. Agree notification and review steps with your team.

Cynet supports Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and other supported cloud email environments. We confirm compatibility, licensing, and response permissions for your setup. No filter catches every threat, so staff awareness and secure sign-in remain important.

Office 365 email backup: a recovery plan for important messages

Email holds customer conversations, agreements, and the history behind business decisions. A separate backup gives you another recovery path when messages are deleted or an account is compromised.

Syncro’s integrated cloud backup

ETS uses the backup feature built into the Syncro platform to protect selected Microsoft 365 data, including Exchange email. Item-level recovery can help retrieve individual messages without restoring everything.

About Syncro Cloud Backup

MSP360 Microsoft 365 backup

MSP360 provides another backup option for Exchange Online mail, shared mailboxes, calendars, and contacts. It supports individual email recovery and export options, with storage and retention configured for your needs.

About MSP360 Microsoft 365 Backup

Know what is protected before you need a restore

We help choose the backup option and confirm covered mailboxes, shared accounts, retention, storage, and restore responsibilities. We review backup results and plan recovery checks as part of the agreed service.

Syncro and MSP360 are separate options; your proposal specifies which one applies. Backup licensing and any storage charges are separate from Microsoft 365 licensing. New or departing employees and changes to your subscription need a backup-coverage review.

Retention and recovery depend on the selected product, configuration, service status, and available backups. A backup is not automatically a legal archive or a compliance guarantee. Protection described here focuses on Microsoft 365 email; other workloads or providers need a separate scope review.

Start with your email needs—not a list of technical terms

Tell us what is causing trouble today. We will help define the work and responsibilities before making changes.

1. Review your setup

Identify providers, domains, important mailboxes, sending tools, and existing security or backup coverage.

2. Agree the priorities

Plan account changes, authentication, filtering, and recovery needs. Confirm compatibility, licensing, and business approval for each change.

3. Keep it working

Review delivery issues, account changes, security settings, and backup results within your service agreement.

Common email questions

Clear answers before you choose a service.

Can you manage email without changing our provider?

Often, yes. We start with your current provider and check its administrative access and supported features. We will explain any limits or reasons to consider a change.

Will SPF, DKIM, and DMARC stop all spam or guarantee delivery?

No. They help authenticate sending domains and reduce unauthorized use of your domain. They do not prove a message is safe, prevent every impersonation attempt, or decide where every recipient places a message.

Can SendGrid handle our newsletters and website messages?

It can support permission-based campaigns and application email when properly configured. We review sender authentication, list practices, sending volume, and your integration before rollout.

Does email filtering replace backups?

No. Filtering helps handle incoming threats. Backups preserve copies for recovery when information is lost. The two services solve different problems.

Do we need both Syncro and MSP360?

Not necessarily. We select an appropriate backup approach for your requirements. Existing Microsoft retention and recovery features are also reviewed; they should not be assumed to match a separate backup service.

Make email easier to manage and safer to rely on

Tell us your provider, approximate mailbox count, and whether delivery, security, or recovery is your biggest concern. We will help identify the next steps.

Do not include passwords, private messages, patient information, or financial records in a website inquiry.
